Flashback Friday ...Camping

Over at Cafe Bebe their Flashback friday really got me thinking. My parents Grace and Tom have long passed away. On of my mum's passion was for camping! Every summer out would come our tent, and with the car packed to the roof off we would set. In this picture which I aged nine took, they look so happy. We were in Cornwall, which is along with Scotland the next passion of my mum. When I think of the past this is how I would like to see them, so much fun. I miss them.....

    Can you believe it, I've never been on a camping holiday in all my life!? It sounds like you've always had a lovely time though so I might have to re-think my holiday plans for the late summer ;)

    Yes we did have some fun times but also some not so fun lol sheep eating the tent in the middle of the night! Sadly it's not my idea of fun anymore, maybe I'm getting old!
