Back to the 80's

Well those of you who kindly read my blog will remember the story of the search for 80's clothes. My daughter in law Karen was turning 30 and was having an 80's theme party. I had found a dress and jacket in a charity shop and thought it could be just the thing. I added extra large shoulder pads, made from an old bra and some other padding. I added some shot glasses around the neck, a little 80's hair spray and away we went.

Kevin was having fun really lol . My daughter in law made such an effort to have loads of 80's things including toys and games and all kinds of things. Kevin did wonderful food and my daughter Natalie sang. It was a great time but I must say hard work for all and very warm! This is a picture of my son Matthew (with the super blond hair) Karen the birthday girl and Chris and Darren some friends. I think you will agree they looked great.
