    Thanks for stopping by. I read through your blog a bit and came across the posts on the pain you live with. First of all, I am so sorry that you have to go through that. My husband has issues with that as well due to some bulging discs. One thing that helps him and may help you is Pain Free by Pete Egoscue, in book and dvd.
