Warm me up baby!

Its handmade thursday over at White lily green and once again the search to show you something I have made. My problem is I give away most of the things I make and do not always take pictures!!
Last year I deceided to make a heat bag as a christmas gift for my daughter in law, who had a sore neck. I wanted something fun, as the heat bags on the market were rather boring. I made one for Karen in a half round so it sat on her neck and in her favourite colours and with her name on.
Once a few people saw them I got asked to make more. This is one I did for a friend and I think the covers are far more interesting than shop ones!

  7. Thanks for leaving a comment on my blog. I do love crafts and in an ideal world it would be nice to do that for a living but I write commercial copy instead. Still, it's better than doing a straight office job with no creativity involved! Some lucky ladies manage to make some money from crafts by selling on various websites and doing fairs. Lots of business sense is needed and luck, though. That heat bag is very pretty...
