My firstborn

Today its flashback Friday at Cafe Bebe and it made me think about which picture I would use. When you get to my age ( 52 but don't tell anyone!) you have many flashback times. So I really had to think what to use. I decided on a photo of my son Matthew. Both my children did T.V work when they were younger, and as part of that had to have pictures taken. This was Matthew's and he was about 11 at the time. I really remember getting them back and thinking how handsome he was and being so proud. This year he will be turning 30 and I have no idea where all those years went. I am still totally proud of him and all he has achieved, he has turned out a wonderful man. When I had Matthew is was a wonder as I thought after 2yrs of trying we were never going to have a baby, so when he arrived it completed my dream of being a mum.  Both my children are the light of my life and a joy, I am so lucky to have them everyday.
