A to Z Challenge

A to Z Challenge is something I am excited to take part in. The idea behind it is to list everyday a subject beginning with the letters of the alphabet. I thought long and hard but decided that as an avid quilter I would see if there were quilt blocks from each letter. Well surprise surprise there was. If you are interested you can find out how to do each block on the internet. Or I may post tutorials on each one after the even ends so not to bore those not interested. If you have time I would love to know you would like me to do that. Have a fun month all those taking part. We are off! My first block starting with the letter A is:-

  4. My grandma used to make beautiful quilts, but she's 96 now and has stopped. I always wished she had taught me how to do it. That's a beautiful pattern. I love the purples and blues.
