The Jane Plan is a diet system where you get all your food delivered to your home, all wrapped and reading to go. The choice is great with lots of yummy meals to pick from.
Some of my favourite's are the snack pots which let me tell you are fab and yummy and more lol.
Its so easy as it is all worked out for you and there is no stress or guess work involved at all.
There is plenty of support if you need it, you just have to pick up the telephone and their ready to help.
So the first week is gone and all in all it went well. I must be honest and say I am not drinking the amount of water I should, I will make sure I am better in week two.
I thought I would be so hungry as we were coming off Christmas but not so, I had bits but in general I was not too bad.
So I know you are waiting for the big reveal lol so here it comes !
I LOST 9 YES I SAID 9 pounds can you believe that. I am amazed and pleased. I am lucky to get to try this diet plan and I so wish I could continue until I have lost it all. I have health problems which would be helped by losing weight so only good can come of it.
So I have another week (I am a lucky girl) and fingers crossed for at least another two or three. I will have to be good as I am off on holiday in the next couple of weeks and I will try not to eat too much.
This plan is great and I really would recommend it to you all, check it out.
Wow that's fab
ReplyDeleteTHANK YOU IT REALLY IS SUCH NICE FOOD CHECK OUT THE WEB SITE
ReplyDeleteUgh, the dreaded diet. I guess it can be a great thing if you are in the right place mentally like you are. Dieting is such a roller coaster for me that if I'm not full on into it, I just don't bother.
ReplyDeleteI've never heard of the Jane Plan, sounds similar to the N.System and other plans out there. However if you say the food is good - right on -because I tried N.S. and let's just say, I'm not a fan.
I pray you continue to love yourself lots and take care of yourself by eating what your body calls for. Congrats on the 9 pounds lost and may you never see those pounds again. Yippee!
Thank you Sara its a fab diet I'm loving it. Thanks for your comments x
DeleteGood for you! Enjoy a nice reward for losing 9 pounds. I would take a long, uninterrupted warm bath as my reward. Keep up the great work, and thanks for the recommendation. Happy hydrating!
ReplyDeleteThanks Tracy I was very pleased I have a longggg way to go but I'm sure this will help. Thanks for your comment x
Deletegood start with your plan......not just a diet, but a lifestyle...... :D
ReplyDeleteSo true andi is all so simple you have to do well lol. Thanks so much for your comments x
Delete9 lbs that quickly is fantastic. You are well on your way to success. I also battle with drinking the appropriate amount of water; I just don't care for it. I have found that lemon, lime and a pinch of ginger give it a nice extra "something". Keep up the good work and keep me posted on your progress. I have to take this same journey. How much do you want to lose?
ReplyDeleteEnjoy your holiday!!

DeleteI find holiday to be a hard time when watching what you eat. Good luck as we are off on holiday too. I am going to try my best to stick with the plan, but if I go off on a meal or two, I will give myself grace. ;) Congrats on the 9 lbs. :))

DeleteCongratulations on your weight loss! I've never heard of the Jane plan. I don't think they have that here in the US. We have similar programs, though, and it is nice to have all the food you need delivered so you're not tempted to make poor choices. Good luck on your goals!

DeleteCONGRATS on your weight loss progress and success!
ReplyDeleteI've always wanted to try some sort of food delivery system because its a reminder to eat 3 meals a day and stay on track on a new plan....and it's a time saver.
Since Jan 1, I'm currently doing the Wheat Belly Diet (cutting out all wheat and sugar) and have lost around 8 pounds so far. I haven't even started really exercising. It feels good to cut junk out of your eating habits. I don't even have cravings anymore and I'm rediscovering my interest in cooking and creating new recipes.
Thanks yona I'm very pleased its so easier lol
DeleteYours sounds interesting not one I've heard of but wish you much luck
Good for you on your great jump start to your diet! I was a vegetarian for about 15 years. Then one night I fell off the wagon into a plate of pork spareribs. Yum Yum. I've never been good at dieting. Stresses me out to much. But I think this might be the year I get back to vegetarian! Good luck!

DeleteCongratulations on the weight loss! I've been some weight losing myself so I know how exciting it is especially when you see the big numbers! Keep up the great work!!
ReplyDeleteThank you felicia dieting is hard but all the work is done in this. Good luck with your journey
DeleteCongratulations! 9 lbs. is a great weight loss milestone. I've always wanted to try one of those types of plans but always kind of worried I would dislike the food (my children are rather picky and we shall keep it our secret that I know who gave them that trait). I always seem to struggle to drink the proper amount of water myself. I find I do better if I simply keep a glass of ice water on the kitchen counter.
ReplyDeleteThanks jean . This is soooo varied you would be spoilt for choice really lol. We all have some we like more but you can change it up all the time. Good luck
ReplyDeleteWay to go! I agree it's seems more difficult to get back to a healthy diet after the holidays when snacks, sweets and large meals are abundant. I've never head of this program before but I'm glad to hear it's working for your thus far. Good luck to you on your weight loss journey!
