Birdseye Afterschool chief Challenge

This past week I was very lucky to get the chance to try out some Birdseye  products and the
#Afterschoolchefs Challenge. I don't have children at school but I did have a routine which we like to follow when the kids went back to school.
I know its difficult to get back into a routine after the relaxed days of the summer. When we came back from school I always got them to change out of their uniform. I always found it helped to save their clothes and I was always looking for ways to save money in that area. If homework was waiting that would get done and then I would get started on tea. I would often try and plan meals with the children so that they felt they had a say in what we had. I think it could be fun if they are younger to make a meal chart and let them help to menu plan for the day or week. I also used to make some things in bulk so I have ready things in the freezer for those rushed days when I didn't have time to cook from scratch .
Birdseye have a huge range and I went for vegetable's as they are our favourite. I was amazed at how much I got and this little lot came the £20.00

This you will agree there is a lot of meals to enjoy with this little lot. I do think that a good routine is great for the whole family and getting the kids involved has got to be good.
