I have found them easy to take with no nasty taste or side effects. I found that in the main I was not so worn out or stressed. Now with my daughters wedding next month thats great, as stress levels are high!

I also had a couple of times when I felt sure I was coming down with a cold, but then it seemed to disappear! Not sure if it was down to this product or not but it was great not to get sick.

My energy levels seems up and also I do not seem to be forgetting so much which at my age is wonderful.
